Bylaws Committee
This committee makes recommendations regarding amendments and updates to our Bylaws and Administrative Procedures. |

This committee is responsible for the creation and updating of advertisements, press releases, Web site, and member communications. |

Education/Meetings and Arrangements Committee
This committee plans, coordinates, and implements the Annual Spring and Fall Meetings, as well as addresses the general educational concerns of the Society (Patient education, CME, Educational workshops, etc.). |

Finance/Economics Committee
This committee helps to monitor the finances as well as assists the President Elect in establishing the budget for the following year. |

Governmental Affairs Committee
This committee works with our lobbyist and makes recommendations to the Executive Committee and the membership regarding legislation relevant to the Society. The Committee also organizes and initiates political activities under the direction of the Executive Committee and is the liaison with corresponding units of the Minnesota Medical Association and the American Society of Anesthesiologists. |

Membership Committee
This committee conducts investigations and makes decisions as to questions of membership involving members of the Society or applicants for membership in the Society. This Committee also helps to recruit and retain members for the Society. |

This committee selects candidates to fill vacancies in the offices of the Minnesota Society and in the representatives of the Minnesota Society to the American Society of Anesthesiologists. |
